April 23, 2007 News Release. The Department of Homeland Security recognized Contract Consultants, Inc. as one of their outstanding small business partners in a ceremony in Washington, D.C. The award for Excellence was presented by Paul Schneider, Under Secretary for Management and recognized Contract Consultants performance on a nationwide contract to support the Legal office of the office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). As lead agency coordinating development and maintenance of a database used by all Federal law enforcement agencies, ICE required technical teams in 35 cities throughout the United States and Puerto Rico to upload and maintain thousands of immigration case files. The citation for Excellence recognized Contract Consultants for its prompt and effective delivery of highly talented and motivated staff to support their critical mission.

October 10, 2006 News Release. The US Army Corps of Engineers recently awarded a $3 million Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract for temporary administrative and professional to Contract Consultants, Inc. The IDIQ contract provides a fast response contracting vehicle for Corps’ managers to use when they identify an urgent requirement and need to ramp up for major projects or acquire critical skills to support their permanent staff. Contract Consultants was awarded this contract on a best value basis, including recognition of outstanding past performance and delivery of exceptional service on similar contracts.

August 29, 2006 News Release. The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Principal Legal Advisor, awarded a nationwide contract to Contract Consultants, Inc. to provide support to 36 offices throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The contract, valued at more than $2 million annually, requires CCI to provide staff to assist the ICE legal office in maintaining current and accurate data bases to track individual immigrants and specific cases. These data bases are managed by ICE and used extensively by other Federal law enforcement agencies as they cooperate on the important mission of protecting our nation’s borders. The initial phase of the contract begins October 1, 2006.

March 1, 2006 News Release. Lockheed Martin Aero Recognizes Top 20 Women Suppliers. In recognition of their significant contributions to the success of their firm, Lockheed Martin Aero identified and honored Contract Consultants Inc as one of their Top Twenty women-owned suppliers. The company is currently supported by 271 Women-Owned businesses. Contract Consultants supports Lockheed Martin Aero with staff augmentation services and provides short and long-term engineering experts with specific technical skills to help the company develop, design and build quality aircraft, for the Department of Defense. Lockheed Martin noted that these firms contributed significantly to the company exceeding all its Department of Defense goals for fiscal year 2005.

August 19, 2005 News Release. The Dallas Business Journal released its annual list of the largest women and minority owned businesses in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex this morning. Contract Consultants, Inc. is ranked 27th among Women-Owned Business and 22nd among Minority-Owned Business in this area. This recognition was based on gross company sales during calendar year 2004.

The company focus is on providing staffing and outsourcing solutions for a broad base of local and national clients. Current nationally-based clients include numerous agencies of the U. S. Government such as the Corps of Engineers, the General Services Administration, and the US Air Force; Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc.; Lockheed Martin Aeronautics; various Hospitals and Outpatient Clinics; various financial sector companies; municipalities and Independent School Districts; as well as numerous apartment communities and property management companies.

June 8, 2005 News Release. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District has just awarded Contract Consultants, Inc. a contract valued at $3 million to provide staff augmentation services in support of numerous projects throughout the Southwestern Division, encompassing much of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Support services will include providing the Corps’ Fort Worth District offices, and their on-site area offices at Fort Hood, Fort Polk and Fort Bliss, with engineers and other staff necessary to manage significant construction projects at those facilities in the coming years.

The contract is task oriented and supports the Corps by identifying specific tasks to be accomplished and then providing staff with the requisite skills to assure prompt and effective delivery. Contract Consultants, Inc., has historically provided contract professionals with both the aptitude and the attitude necessary to integrate effectively with the Corps’ professionals in achieving the Corps’ mission objectives.

January 18, 2005 News Release. Officials from the Base Civil Engineering office at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls announced the outsourcing of operations at the base Recycling Center, with the acceptance of two trucks and a forklift provided by the contractor, Contract Consultants, Inc., of Bedford, Texas. The trucks were provided by the contractor to operate routes among the base offices and residential areas. The contractor also provides the staff necessary to operate the routes and to consolidate the recycled materials for sale.

The recycling center itself is a model facility, with most of the funding coming from the sale of recycled materials. A drive-up facility is also operational and allows base personnel to presort and drop-off their recyclables through outside lift-doors that empty directly into internal bins. Two large crushers, appropriately named “Cram-A-Lots” help consolidate the bulk products into forklift manageable bales which are stored inside the center until sufficient quantity is available for pickup and sale to commercial concerns.

January 27, 2005 News Release. Declaring victory, the Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families, celebrated the end of this week’s Tenth annual Mid-Winter Conference. With the administrative assistance of Contract Consultants, Inc., the conference at the Adams Mark in Dallas successfully trained over 1200 people from the five state region. Focused on developing children, the program included numerous speakers and presentations on a wide range of initiatives and innovations.

Contract Consultants was a vital part of the back-stage success, arranging for facilities, coordinating registrations, providing signage to navigate the vast hotel complex, and providing backup audio visual services and emergency fill-in staff. While the conference lasted only four days, the efforts leading up to the conference began in October, 2004 and will continue for months afterward in post conference reviews and financial closeout efforts.

October 4, 2004 News Release. Contract Consultants, Inc. announces the beginning of operations at the U.S. General Services Administration regional office in Washington, D.C. The GSA National Capital Region (NCR) awarded a competitive contract in August to support their Federal Technology Service (FTS) operations with Information Technology (IT) Specialists, IT Account Managers and Procurement Specialists. The staff members were integrated into the FTS work team to augment and support the Customer Relationship Management Center, the Acquisition Center and the Service Delivery Center. Professionals were recruited from the Washington metro area and from as far away as Florida to join this team. Their tasks were to individually and collectively assist GSA staff in achieving their organizational goals by assuming responsibility for much of the behind-the-scenes work necessary for successful performance.
